Job Description - Office Assistant


Position requires above average written and verbal communication skills. A high degree of customer interface is involved.


Job consists of various duties in support of a high volume vinyl sign shop. Duties may include:

This position involves a great deal of customer interaction and interface with other employees to ensure customers orders are completed on time. You are the face of the company to many outside vendors and customer.


This position will also be responsible for answering the telephone and covering the front sales counter as needed. This will consist of answering customers questions and directing them to appropriate sales personnel when necessary. As needed will write up sales orders, take deposits and payments, and make change.


Filing of invoices, work-orders, and catalogs is done at least weekly. As work load demands, will assist with making signs and other duties as may be assigned.


Wage commensurate with experience. Eight paid holidays (pro-rated for part-time positions); five vacation days and 5 sick days per year for full-time positions; 50% of employee's cost for company sponsored Kaiser HMO plan paid for full time positions.
