Job Description - Office Administrative Assistant
Position requires above average written and verbal communication skills. A high degree of customer interface is involved.
Job consists of various duties in support of a high volume sign shop. Duties may include:
- Assist customers both in person and on the telephone as required
- Processing of Invoices, Estimates, Work Orders, Shipping Forms, etc.
- File invoices/work-orders/catalogs
- Complete invoices/work-orders
- Process quote requests as needed
- Order Entry and tracking
This position involves a great deal of customer interaction and interface with other employees to ensure customers orders are completed on time. You are the face of the company to many outside vendors and customers.
This position will also be responsible for answering the telephone and covering the front sales counter as needed. This will consist of answering customers questions and directing them to appropriate sales personnel when necessary. As needed will write up sales orders, take deposits and payments.
Filing of invoices, work-orders, and catalogs is done at least weekly. As work load demands, will assist with other duties as may be assigned.
Wage commensurate with experience. Paid time off for holidays, vacation and sick days (pro-rated for part-time positions).
