March 2008

A snow boarding trip for the Venture Patrol took place on the 8th.

February 2008

A Patrol Cookoff took place at Sunol Regional Park on the 8th-10th. Patrols cooked "chuck wagon" style dinners. The Judges report is was good.

Bridging at Pack 199 on the 23rd.

January 2008

The Venture Patrol went to iFly for some indoor sky diving on the 20th.

Pinecrest was the destination on the 12th & 13th for a snow campout.

December 2007

We held a Court-of-Honor on the 17th and recognized scouts for rank advancements and Merit Badges recently earned.

On the 8th-9th the troop travelled to the Marin Headlands. While staying at the Youth hostel there, the scouts visited the local area.

November 2007

The Pinnacles, one of the Rim-of-the-Bay hikes was the destination on the 18th for a group of hikers.

On the 10th we distributed Scouting-For-Food bags and returned on the 17th to collect them. A total of 9,645 items were collected.

October 2007

We held an Eagle Court of Honor for Luan N. on the 20th.

The weekend of the 5th-7th found us at Los Moches for a couple of activities. The older scouts in leadership positions attended Youth Leadership Training while other scouts worked on advancement requirements.

September 2007

On the 22nd and 23rd we took the canoes and kayaks to Del Valle for a boating campout.

A small group of older scouts attended the Iron Scout Challenge at Los Moches on the 14th-16th.
